How we welcome photography at Les Mazots du Clos, for guests and for professional shoots.
We are delighted when guests take photographs to remember their stay at Les Mazots du Clos. Discreet personal photography using a phone or handheld camera is welcome, provided that it does not disturb other guests, private events or the work of our team.
Professional, commercial or organised photography and filming require our written permission in advance. This includes portfolio shoots, fashion and product photography, advertising, sponsored content, influencer collaborations, styled shoots and any session involving professional equipment, models, assistants, wardrobe changes or staged setups.
Requests should include:
Location fees, minimum spending requirements or exclusive-use charges may apply. Approval is subject to availability and is not confirmed until agreed in writing.
Photographers must respect the privacy of our guests and team. No identifiable person may be photographed or filmed without their consent. Written consent must be obtained for commercial publication and whenever minors are involved.
Photography is not permitted in occupied guest rooms, changing areas, treatment rooms or spa facilities while other guests are present. Tripods, lighting equipment, cables, drones, furniture movement and access outside normal opening hours require specific prior approval.
The photographer or organiser is responsible for all necessary permissions, model releases, insurance, legal compliance and any loss or damage arising from the shoot. The property must be left exactly as found.
Permission to photograph at Les Mazots du Clos does not grant permission to suggest endorsement, partnership or sponsorship, or to use our name, logo or other brand elements without separate written approval.
